What happens after you join the waiting list

Root Reboot is intentionally careful at the first contact stage. The public form records interest only; it does not create a learner account, confirm a place or collect sensitive child records.

1. Initial review

A human reviews the year group, availability, programme fit and whether a standard or scholarship-supported place may be needed.

2. Trial or consultation

If a place may be suitable, the next step is a short reply about timing, expectations and whether a trial session or parent conversation is the best route.

3. Consent before accounts

No learner receives Silica Lab or online tool access from the public form. Access requires parent consent, acceptable-use rules, account setup and induction.

4. Scholarship support

Root Reboot is a paid academy programme with a scholarship-supported route for families who need help. Selecting scholarship support simply flags the request for a private review.

5. What not to send yet

Please do not send medical, safeguarding, emergency-contact or detailed personal circumstances through the public waiting-list form or G-Root chat. Those details are handled only if a place moves forward and the correct consent route is active.
