Privacy notice
This page explains how Root Reboot handles waiting-list enquiries. It is a practical launch notice and should be reviewed before full enrolment, payment or account provisioning begins.
What the waiting-list form collects
- Parent or guardian name and contact details.
- Learner first name or initials and current year group.
- Programme interest, availability and scholarship interest.
- A general placement note, if provided.
What not to send
Do not send medical, safeguarding, emergency-contact or other sensitive information through the first public waiting-list form. Those details should only be requested through a formal consent pack if a place moves forward.
How enquiries are used
Waiting-list details are used to respond to families, assess cohort fit, plan timetable demand and prepare the next enrolment step. They should not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Where enquiries are stored
Online waiting-list submissions are stored in the Root Reboot Cloudflare environment and are visible only through the private operations dashboard. Access is restricted to authorised staff with the admin token.
AI and the waiting list
G-Root can answer general public questions, but waiting-list records are not sent to public chat. Staff may use operational tools to review demand and status, but medical, safeguarding and emergency details must stay out of the public form.
Retention
Waiting-list records should be reviewed termly. Families can ask for their enquiry to be corrected or removed if they no longer want to remain on the list.
